In order to provide faster and more effective solutions to the needs of the industry, we have added two new fully electric injection molding machines to our production line.
Injection Technology
We prioritize machinery from leading global brands throughout our production process and continue to add fully electric and hybrid machines to our machinery fleet to minimize carbon emissions. This combines our environmentally friendly approach with advanced technology. Our products are manufactured without human contact, under the supervision of camera control devices, and substandard products are automatically eliminated. Products whose conformity is confirmed by these devices are subjected to detailed inspection by the quality control unit and are then released for sale after final approval.
Compression Technology
Unlike injection molding technology, this is a molding method in which the raw material, usually preheated, is first placed into an open, heated mold cavity. Yılcap uses machines from leading global brands for caps produced with this technology. Our products are manufactured without human or air contact, under the supervision of camera inspection devices, and substandard products are automatically eliminated. Products whose conformity is confirmed by these devices are subjected to detailed inspection by the quality control unit and are released for sale after final approval.
